Policies
- Minimum 3-night stay during high season
- Minimum 3-night stay during low season (call or email for shorter stays)
- $225 per night CAD base rate during high season (Arbutus & Cypress Suites)
- $175 per night CAD base rate during low season (Arbutus & Cypress Suites)
- $200 per night CAD base rate during high season (Maple Suite)
- $150 per night CAD base rate during low season (Maple Suite)
- All rates based on double occupancy
- Each additional guest $25 per person per night, including children.
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars
- All rates are subject to change. Rates are guaranteed when deposit is received.
- Open Year Round
- Smoking: The Suite is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
- Check-in 4:00 to 6:00 PM or by arrangement
- Check-out prior to 10:00 am.
- 24/7 access to your suite
- Reservations require a 50% deposit, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Stays of 30 days or longer must be paid in full when reservation is made. Cancellation policy on 30 days or longer is 30 days
- Stay of 30 days or longer are deemed as a fixed tenancy agreement.
- Heat & light is capped at $100 per month for Arbutus, Cypress and Maple Suites for long term tendancies over 30 days.
- Cancellation Policy: 30 days notice for full refund of deposit, less $150, administration fee. Cancellations within 30 days will be charged the entire stay + 5% GST.
Olympics Cancellation & Deposit Policy 7 day minimum stay 50% upon booking balance due 60 days prior to check in. Cancellation 60 days prior, after that deposit will not be returned unless we can rebook. In this event a one night admin fee will be charged.
- Trip Cancellation Insurance We advise you to obtain trip cancellation insurance
- Tax: Rates subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax. On stays less than 1 month. We do not have to charge the 10% hotel tax.
- Payment: Visa, MasterCard, cash and traveler's cheques are accepted. Sorry, no personal cheques. Banks and ATMs are conveniently close by.
- Pets: Out of consideration for our guests with allergies, alternative arrangements must be made for your pet.
